Dante and his dream

Dante was a Spanish Mastin who entered a Spanish shelter as a young dog. Overlooked for years, he spent 10 years of his life in a small cage never knowing the comfort of a home and the love of a family. Polly adopted Dante after seeing his plight on Facebook, and he travelled to the UK to his new home. However it was too late for Dante. He arrived a very sick boy, and could not eat or barely stand. Polly fought for him but sadly two weeks after he arrived the vet decided there was nothing else to be done and he was put to sleep. The rescue was founded in his memory in the hope that we can give other dogs the chance that Dante never had.
